Do I need to create an account?
No. You book with your name and email, and you can check your booking any time on the Track booking page using your reference and email.
How do I pay?
Choose M-PESA (preferred), PayPal or card, or a bank transfer to our Co-operative Bank account. PayPal confirms instantly; M-PESA and bank payments are marked pending until our team verifies them.
How long does confirmation take for M-PESA or bank payments?
Usually a few hours during working hours. You will receive an email as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How long is a lesson?
Lessons are 60 minutes and are taught live on Google Meet or Zoom.
How many students are in a group lesson?
A maximum of 5 students, so every learner still gets attention.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — contact us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your lesson and we will move it to another available slot.
Which subjects and levels do you cover?
Physics at all levels, Chemistry at IGCSE and Science for KS2 and KS3, with more subjects being added as tutors join.
